Bishop Konderla announces new priest assignments effective July 5, 2021

Effective on July 5, 2021, the Most Rev. David A. Konderla, Bishop of Tulsa, has announced today the following priestly assignments in the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma:
 

• Fr. Sean O'Brien, from Associate Pastor at St. Pius X in Tulsa to Pastor of Immaculate Conception in Poteau, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Spiro, and St. Joseph in Stigler
• Fr. James Caldwell, from Pastor of Immaculate Conception in Poteau, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Spiro, and St. Joseph in Stigler to resident chaplain at Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa
• Fr. Gerald Coleman, from resident chaplain at Ascenion St. John to resident chaplain at Montereau Retirement Center
• Fr. David Webb, from part time chaplain at St. Philip Neri Newman Center and Associate Pastor at Christ the King to full time chaplain of St. Philip Neri Newman Center
• Fr. David Carvajal, from Associate Pastor of Holy Family Cathedral to Associate Pastor of St. Pius X in Tulsa
• Fr. Jon Fincher, Associate Pastor of Christ the King in Tulsa
• Dcn. Joshua Votruba, after his priestly ordination, Associate Pastor of Holy Family Cathedral in Tulsa

Other announcements:

• Dcn. Alessandro Calderoni, after his priestly ordination, will minister to the people of St. Thomas More in Tulsa for the summer before returning to Rome to complete his studies. 
• Fr. Benjamin Vima will conclude his work as resident chaplain at Montereau on June 2, 2021 and will return to India to continue his retirement.
