Two New Principals are Joining Diocesan Catholic Schools

Lindsay Maricle will be the new Principal at the School of Saint Mary in Tulsa. Mrs. Maricle is a St. Pius X Catholic School and Bishop Kelley High School alumna. She returns to the Diocese of Tulsa after serving seven years as Principal at St. Agnes Cathedral School in Springfield, Missouri. She holds two Masters degrees in Education and Educational Administration, and is currently completing a Certificate in Catholic School Leadership from Creighton University. Mr. Cody McDonald will be the new Principal at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School in Tulsa. Mr. McDonald is relocating to the Tulsa area from Port Angeles, Washington, where has been the Principal at Queen of Angels Catholic School since 2017. Previously, he was the Dean of Students at Veritas Preparatory Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. During his career, Mr. McDonald has been a teacher in Theology, English Literature and Composition, Latin, Humane Letters and Art. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the Pontifical College Josephinum, and a Master of Divinity from St. John Vianney Theological Seminary. Both Mrs. Maricle and Mr. McDonald will begin their time with the Diocese on or around July 1, 2021. Please join us in welcoming them to our community.
