He is a Holland Hall alumnus and will be graduating from the University of Missouri in December 2021 with a degree in Journalism. He will likely start Pre-Theology I in January 2022 at St. Meinrad Seminary.

Get to know one of the Diocese of Tulsa's new seminarians, Jim Southard, a little bit better. Mr. Southard is a parishioner at the Church of the Madalene in Tulsa. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and is currently working as a meteorologist in Tulsa. He will be attending St. Meinrad Seminary in the Fall 2021.

The Diocese of Tulsa is hosting the 15th annual Child & Youth Protection Leadership conference from June 20 to June 23, 2021 in Tulsa. Important diocesan leaders from across the country will gather and this conference will provide opportunities for leaders to network and share best practices.
